Our Difference

When it comes to skincare, it's the Wild West out there.

Cost-cutting substitutes, expensive creams that are mostly water, preservatives, emulsifiers, harsh chemical processes...

All behind the veil of clever marketing.

It can be hard to navigate when there's such little transparency.

Here’s where we do things differently.

We keep our sourcing as close to home as possible. Our suet (the nutrient-rich fat from around the kidneys, not just any old cow fat) comes from a farm in Kangarilla, South Australia. The cattle are organic, grass-fed, and grass-finished, so the quality of the raw ingredient is second to none.

Why suet? Because that’s where the magic lies. It’s naturally rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, and its fatty acid profile is incredibly compatible with human skin. That’s why it nourishes, protects, and restores in a way no synthetic “miracle” ingredient can quite match.

We also render it the old-fashioned way: a single dry render that takes 12 hours. Low and slow. This method preserves nutrients that would otherwise be lost in modern, high-heat industrial processes.

And because we don’t believe in bulking things out just for show, you won’t find any cheap fillers in our balms. No watered down formula, no “fluff.” Just a potent, concentrated moisturiser that means you only need a small amount to do the job beautifully. (Less slather, more savour.)

The result?
A product that actually respects your skin, your wallet, and the land it came from.

Because when you strip back the marketing tricks, what really matters is the integrity - in the ingredients, in the process, and what is actually does for you and your skin.
