This is my first time using tallow and I love it. It has a good smell too. I will buy the cocoa next so my son can use it for his eczema.
I tried this product as I am trying to go low-tox with all my skincare but I’m not sure this cleanser is for me. My daughter can’t stand the beefy smell and it has taken me a little while to get used to. I have had a little breakout since starting this on my face which is unusual for me…I am willing to keep using it until I finish the bars but unless my skin reacts better through longer use I won’t be buying again. I do find my skin feels a bit tight after use and it gets itchy if I don’t moisturise now so an all-body moisturising can’t be skipped for me which is a challenge as I am a busy mum of 5.
